There Were Still Some Things That Took Me by Surprise
When I moved to England, there were a lot of things that were new to me. I had done some studying and was prepared for a lot of it, but there were still some things that took me by surprise. One of them was the fact that my child would have to take an entrance exam and have an interview before he could enter school. Thankfully, I found out in time to get him a tutor. His tuition gave my son the confidence he needed and helped him feel ready to take the test. He also did some tutoring on the interview process, so that my child would be ready for that as well. I was really impressed. In fact, I have another friend who is moving to England from overseas, and I am going suggest that she get some private tuition for her child as well.
