Evaluating Events
In event planning or event managment, it is important to be able to accurately evaluate the success of your event. This is because it is one of the only ways that management can evaluate your performance.
There are many ways to go about event evaluation. Some of my favorites are to track attendance. This can be done by keeping a log, or by tracking ticket sales. I also like to conduct an exit survey for my guests to fill out when they are leaving my events. Afterwards, I read each and every survey and constantly improve my events based on the feedback I receive.
