I have no doubt whatsoever that Zhu Zhu pets are all set to become the number one selling toy for Christmes 2009. They were released in August and have been selling like hot cakes ever since. At the moment there seems to be no sign of them losing momentum. The only potential problem might be stock levels. There are already signs that demand is exceeding supply with limited availability in certain areas. Prices are also beginning to creep upwards as vendors cash in on the kid’s frenzy (they just can’t get enough of them). They are going to be huge, and they are going to be hard to get – so if you have a kid who might like one be sure to get hold of it well before Xmas.
