My mother is making breakfast for our entire team before we head off on ourtrip.  She wanted to make either waffles or pancakes, we don’t have a wafflemaker, so pancakes it was.  I googled “pancake recipes” for her, and neverrealized how many different recipes were out there.  From differentingredients to different ethnics and cuisine.  The results are limitless!  Ilove pancakes, so I ended up printing ten of them out.  My mom only pickedone of them, but I plan to try all of these…at some point in my life. I think we would all plan to do this at some point in our lives.
