Squat exercise using squat rack
Squat is a type of exercise which is done to develop and strengthen the lower body muscles such as the quadriceps, calves, and hamstrings and lower back. These exercises are performed in many weight training and strength training programs. The basic equipment used to perform squats is the safety squat rack. It is equipment that is used to hold the barbells and help the user to position them at the upper chest height. Squat rack can be adjusted according to the height of the user. Squat rack is used to perform the exercises safely so that the user avoids injuries such as sprained and twisted ankles, broken bones, torn muscles and serious back injuries.
