After the first week of the thirty day challenge, my kids did well, I did very well, and my poor husband did OK! He is not at home during the day to do the EA Sports Active workouts like I am. He did lose two pounds and lost one percent on his BMI. He was just glad that he had results at all. I mean he told me he was scared that, just playing a game, was not going to work. I am excited to see the results of the thirty day challenge now. If I can lose ten pounds this month, I should reach my goal in five months.
