Lettings in South Bucks Still Going Strong
From my work in a local Letting Agents Glasgow, I have spotted the phone lines are terribly busy, people keep on coming in thru the door to go looking for rentals or to enroll to a letting and this is good stories. Employment levels are still good and those that would be persuaded to buy are finding they’re having to attend longer to save for a mortgage as a consequence of the credit cruch.
this suggests that they must find a higher deposit than they’d have done earlier in the year and need to hire until they can afford to get. Others are waiting to work out if sale costs are going to drop before going ahead to purchase. So long as property owners are asking the rental costs that an agent advocates they should let ok.
